About us

Zhai-Nas Company was established by co-thinkers with 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sectors of Asian and Middle Eastern countries. Many of our specialists have worked for international majors. We not only sell equipment, but also provide information, methodological and service support.

Gas reserves

Kazakhstan is the 21st largest country in the world in terms of gas reserves, with 1.3 trillion cubic meters of natural gas.

Transportation hub

Gas transportation through Kazakhstan is primarily performed by Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, major part of gas is delivered to China. The largest share of Kazakhstan transit in amount of 71.276 billion cubic meters is performed by "Intergas Central Asia" JSC.

Oil reserves

Kazakhstan is included in 15 leading world countries for confirmed oil reserves owning 3% of the world oil reserve. Petroleum districts make 62% of the country area and 172 oil deposits are situated there, more than 80 of which are under production. Over 90% of oil reserves are concentrated in 15 largest deposits - Tengiz, Kashagan, Karachaganak, Uzen, Zhetybai, Zhanazhol, Kalamkas, Kenkiyak, Karazhanbas, Kumkol, Northern Buzachi, Alibekmola, Central and Eastern Prorva, Kenbay, Korolevskoe.

Investment development

One of the massive KTO investment projects is further development of Kazakhstan-China main gas pipelines system. The project implementation commenced in the two-thousands and has been performed gradually. Within the framework of the first stage in 2006 "Atasu-Alashankou" oil pipeline was constructed and put into operation by 'Kazakhstan-China Oil Pipeline" LLC. In 2009 - «Kenkiyak-Kumkol» oil pipeline ('Kazakhstan-China Oil Pipeline" LLC), as a part of Kazakhstan-China export system.

Chemization

Within the framework of technological processes chemization Aida-Service proposes chemical decisions for oil and gas sector:
Own manufactured reagents – deemulsifiers;
Line of own manufactured reagents – grade corrosion inhibitors, salting inhibitors, chemical reagents to fight asphalt, resin and paraffin deposition.

Pipe fittings

We conduct hydro-pneumo leakage tests for pipe fittings to assess the integrity of casing details, gate pass and performance efficiency with official confirmation of leakage rate. We are capable of testing the following equipment – shutt-off valves, throttles, return valves, ball valves of pipe size up to 1000 mm.
Shutt-off valves hydro-tests for pressure up to 100 Mpa.
Mechanical tests for strength and hardness of materials, tensile, compression, impact tests.
Material tests – metallographic material test.
Non-destructive test of materials and welding joints – ultrasonic examination.

Equipment and tools for corrosion rate measurement

At your request we are ready to propose corrosion meters, fittings for high-pressure engineering communication and etc.

Probes

To evaluate piping corrosion rate it is proposed to use the probes working in accordance with electric resistance method (ER), linear polarization resistance (LPR).

Coupons

We propose a wide range of coupons. The coupons are manufactured in accordance with the customer's request with any size and form of over than 2000 types of alloys.

Measuring devices

We propose a wide range of measuring devices for corrosion monitoring in cooperation with the probes. The proposed measuring devices allow to interpret, process and display the received data.
